Blogmas Day 16: Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Palette

No one understands how excited I was to get my hands on the new UDxGwen palette. As soon as I heard Gwen Stefani was collabing with UD, I was pretty intrigued to see what colours she'd include, how she'd package it, all of that. And seeing pictures of it I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.

Urban Decay isn't a brand I own a lot of because of the price. But with this palette I didn't care how much it was I wanted to have it. The pictures made me want so much more and it looked so beautiful. So I finally decided to take a trip to Debenhams to get one.

She's kept the packaging pretty simple which I really like. It still looks elegant and pretty. It reminds me of The Sweet Escape video because of the stripes and gold.

I love the mix of colours in the palette. I think she's picked a perfect mix especially for around Christmas. I kind of expected more out there colours but I love the neutrals mixed with pink, blue and black. It's definitely an 'all you need' kind of palette with shades to take you from day to night.

It's a mix of shimmer and matte which makes it even better. I'm so excited to give the palette a try and expect a post once I've given it a go. I've read some great things about it so I really hope I'm not disappointed.

The Gwen Stefani UD palette is £40 so not cheap but from the look of it worth the price. It's limited edition as well so grab it while you can.

I challenge everyone to now fight the urge to want to listen to Gwen Stefani. Honestly, I'm now singing Gwen Stefani at the top of my voice. Ooops.

Have you tried the palette already? What did you think?
