It's becoming very clear that Summer is starting to fade. In all honesty, I'm not an autumn person but it is a good excuse to get out your comfy PJ's, blankets, candles, all of that. So today I thought I'd give you a little run down of some of my Autumn Essentials.
Candles
Candles are a definite. They make everything smell nice and give that warm feeling. I'm a massive candle burner when it gets cooler.
I seem to have a collection of Yankee candles from birthdays and Christmas so I'm burning them at the moment. But am always on the look out for others to try.
Comfy PJ's
I'm a sucker for warm, fluffy pyjama's and autumn/winter is the perfect excuse to get all comfy. Even bring out the dressing gown again.
Hot Chocolate/Coffee
I'm a massive tea addict but around the colder months, hot chocolate and latte's seems to make an appearance. Whether it's just simply with milk or the whole way with cream, sprinkles etc. It's an essential to keep you warm.
This is my mug of Vanilla Latte with cinnamon powder sprinkled on top. Yum.
Comfy Blanket
The comfortable, soft blankets also make an appearance around autumn. There's nothing better than sitting in front of the television with a fluffy blanket - I love it. I have one that bought for uni and everyone that used it fell in love with because it's just so soft.
Everyone loves getting comfy during the colder months. If you are looking for the essentials I recently came across a company called Parachute who specialise in home-ware and especially bedding. They sell simple yet pretty and elegant bedroom essentials. I love the look of their throws - perfect for keeping yourself warm in bed with a drink.

Lovely blanket - my favourite colour! For me I think my Autumn essentials are lovely hearty food - pies, casseroles and soups!
