Lip faves

I recently decided to buy a few bits and bobs for your lips, so thought I'd share my faves with you.

Lip Scrub

I found this 'Santa's lip scrub' in Lush over Christmas and shamefully, as I've never tried one before I decided to give it a go. Honestly, I love it! It leaves your lips feeling so soft, it smells amazing and TASTES AMAZING TOO! Yes, it's edible and cola flavoured. If you've never used a Lush lip scrub before, you just put it on your lips, leave it on for a few seconds and lick it off - genius! I'd definitely recommend trying one. It's great if you've got dry lips and like I said, it tastes yummy too.

If you know me, you know I like my lipsticks. So when I saw Body Shop lipsticks on sale, I just had to buy one. I've recently started buying a lot more 'day' lipsticks as I've found my perfect going out red one. There were only a few colours left in the store and I picked this one. It's a pinky/mauve shade and great to wear with any outfit.

I've never owned any Body Shop make-up but I really like this lipstick. It's a nice, light, every day colour. It's easy to use and glides on. I'm not sure if it's still available in stores as this one of the few on sale. But they do sell it online, so grab it quick. I paid £7 for it but somehow online it says £6 - so an even better reason to buy it!

(I'm not sure if you can see it in this picture but I've got it on! It's such a cute colour.)

Brand: The Body Shop
Shade Name: Pinkette
Shade No: 69

I love both of these products and as a newbee to both, I'll definitely be buying more. Give them a go, they won't disappoint.

Presents Galore

Happy New Year! I know I'm a bit late but oh well.

Anyway, I thought I'd share with you what I got for Christmas and in the sales. I know, it's late but I wanted to wait til I got everything I'd bought in the sales as I'd done most of it online.

I wasn't expecting much for Christmas but I did get a few bits... Some REALLY comfy slippers, A Charlie Red spray set (great as I've been looking for a 'day' perfume), a Sanctuary Spa gift set, A student book and some heat-able shapes (perfect as it's always freezing at uni!).

That wasn't it though. The best presents came from my parents and friend...

Anyone who knows me well, knows I have a little obsession with One Direction. So when my mum asked me what I wanted for Christmas I of course said Our Moment! I knew about this present so as excited as I was, it wasn't a surprise. But I had no idea what my friend was gonna get me. So picture the scene (this might a bit of a long story) I was in my halls kitchen and I'd just given my friend his prezzie from me. He then goes into his room and pulls out a bag..peeping through the top I see a 1D poster! I feel in the bag some more and find a 1D mug. I literally could not stop screaming. I was kinda in love with poster and mug. Moral of the story: I'm a directioner.

I had a relaxing Christmas and it was nice to spend some time with my family. I honestly didn't expect these prezzies.

Sale Shopping
As I was working Boxing Day, I didn't really have time to go shopping in the sales. So I did most of it online and here's what I bought.

Next sales are manic so I went in there a few days after. I wasn't looking to buy anything but picked up this cute cardi for only £10! Bargain or what?

A few dresses from AX Paris in the sales. Again, one of them had to hearts.

Every since going to the Warner Bros Studios I've become a Harry Potter geek! I loved watching them on tv over Christmas and I'd seen this Deathly Hallows bracelet that I's always wanted. So I decided to treat myself to one, it's so cute and I love it. A great gift as well ;)

I also bought the 1D This is us dvd - I just had to! And a few weeks ago I was watching a Youtube video and saw this HP t-shirt with the the film names on. I searched it on Amazon and came across a similar so being a potter geek, had to buy it. It only arrived today and I can't wait to wear it. The sad thing is I actually found out where the exact t-shirt I saw was from. It's such a cool website and I'll defo be buying more t-shirts from there.

So there you go. My presents and sale expenditures this year. Hope you had a great xmas and new year. And hopefully didn't go as crazy as I did in sales.
