The Best Day EVER! (Spoiler Alert)

So, I need to let you all know what I did last Saturday. I know my friends are probably sick of me going on about this and my tweets and Facebook statuses have been about this weekend for the last few weeks!

I WENT TO THE WARNER BRO'S TOUR OF HARRY POTTER! I'm a massive fan and it was a dream come true! My cousin decided to take me as a birthday present and I honestly had the best day ever. It was just amazing to see everything...the props, the outfits, the decorations....everything they used in the actual films! I saw soooo much, I'm not even sure what not to show you. But here goes. Here are a few of my fave bits.

We got out tickets, watched a little film and behind the screen this showed!

We were then taken to see this! The Great Hall - it was awesome.

Dumbledore's office was amazing. There's so many little details to see in there.

We had to stop at 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey! I was really excited about seeing this!

And we had to try Butter Beer! It was really sweet and had a zingy/tangy twist - I wasn't that much of a fan. But I wanted to try it.

Diagon Alley! Just as amazing in real life.

And I even met a Death Eater! Ahhhh! (This was a planned picture)

This was by far my fave bit! (this might sound sad and only a true HP fan will understand) I walked into the room and was in AWE! I didn't expect to see a model of Hogwarts especially not one that was used in the actual movie and one that was massive. I can't even begin to describe the feeling when you see this. You just stand there, speechless, taking it in realising your day is nearly over. The HP theme music playing in the background makes you feel like you're actually at Hogwarts, even more emotional!

I nearly cried when I had to leave. I had such an amazing-fab-brilliant-great-awesome-unbelievable day. The HP studios are just something you have to experience. It was the best (late) birthday present EVER! And I want to go back :( If you get the chance don't turn it down!

Well that was my weekend, this ones gonna be just as busy so look out for the posts. Have fun and Happy Halloweeeen! :D

My fave jacket EVER!

Like a naughty girl I've been out shopping again and this time I think I've gone a bit overboard. Let me tell you what I'm talking about, actually let me show you ...

It might look like just a jacket to you but when I saw it, I fell in love. I love the bright colour (I seem to have a thing for blue lately) and it just feels so luxurious when I put it on. Its the kind of jacket you can wear casually or dressed up. I love the 'zip' look at front even though it isn't actually a zip and the material is like a tweed, thatched one.

I decided to wear it to uni as soon as I got it and teemed it with some jeans a casual t-shirt.

I just love it soooo much. But I have a problem . . . I spent £50 on it! I know, it's a lot for a jacket and I'm not usually the kind of person to spend that on one item but it's just so pretty. It's definitely an investment because I'm gonna wear it for a looooooooong time so I don't feel too bad. And with the weather being a bit weird you can never have too many jackets. And I have my student loan to pay for it (not that there's gonna be much of that left oops).

It's without a doubt one of the best and most expensive items of clothing I've EVER bought. It's just my fave. These pictures don't do it enough justice. Be warned though, it's not a winter, winter jacket - it's more of a mild day jacket but still it's really pretty and cute.

I love it, simple as. And if you love it too, you can buy one from River Island, they have so many other choices as well but this one just caught my eye. Have fun shopping.

Apologies but it's 2nd year!

I wanted to start by saying I'm sorry I haven't posted since I got back from India. (can you believe it has nearly been 3 weeks!) I've just been busy with THE SECOND YEAR OF UNI! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH. I know I've got a lot to catch up on, so I'm gonna be posting a lot over the next few days. Yay.

So, I thought I'd start by showing you around my new room! I'm living away from home but I love it! I've tried to make my as 'homely' as possible but I still think it needs some work but you tell me...

A panoramic shot of my room on the first day

And another...the clothes are already piling up!

My pretty empty notice board :( apart from the cute lights my sister-in-law-to-be gave me and a picture I drew at Wetherspoons (yes i'm really 9).

The 'just woken up' bed and messy desk - at least this proves I've been working!

And finally my cute little shelf with my little bits and bobs on including FOOD! You never know when you could get hungry...

Here's a little collage of my room. It definitely needs some work but I've only been here a few weeks so it'll happen.

I hope you've liked the mini tour of my room. I'll be back in a few days with more. See yaaah.

Back to the cold!

Actually I got back from India last Thursday, I've just been SO busy I haven't had the time to blog. So I thought I'd let you in on my trip. Hmm, where do I begin?!

Well, it was such a busy trip! We didn't stop because we had that much shopping to do. (In case you didn't know I went India to do some shopping for my cousins's wedding next year)

We had a stop over at Dubai airport, which is amazing, I now want to see the city of Dubai...

And when we got to India it was like 40 degrees! At first it was a massive shock because of how different it is. I have been to India before but not for 4/5 years, so it took a while to settle in.

We got there on Saturday 7th September, and as soon as Monday came we started all of our shopping. It was crazy especially in the heat. I saw so many things... cows, sheep, dogs, cats, donkeys, monkeys, rickshaws... the whole lot.

It was also my mums' brothers birthday while we were out there. So my mum decided to surprise him with a was yummy!

We spent about two weeks shopping and for the last few days we decided to go and relax at my mums' sisters house. It was so quiet there and a nice ending to the trip. However it didn't stop raining when we were there. And when I say rain I mean HEAVY rain! So many roads were closed because the water was that high! It was crazy.

We got back to England on the 26th September. I was sad that the trip went so quickly and I miss it now - seeing all my family out there and the heat (even though it was too hot). I had so much fun.

However, the downer on the trip was that I got ill :( I got proper ill, I even had to have an injection... that's how bad it got! Despite that though it was a great trip and we defo got everything we needed. I want to go back.

So that's how I spent the last few weeks. Hope you had a fun few weeks too.
