The last few weeks in pictures.

So it was Diwali last month. And after a weekend at home I became very fat from all the food and sweets!

Me and my flat mates went a lovely meal at Whetherspoons! The Mexican burger I ordered was yum :D

Me and a friend treated ourselves to this scrummy dessert! I love this place.

I had my first xmasssy drink!

The fair came to Loughborough. I had to go home for this; it just reminded me of all the memories (#emotional)

I GOT MY FIRST EVER JOB! It's only christmas temp but I've learnt so much already.

I decided to make out uni flat more christmassy! Love it.

Another cheeky late night dessert (only Tesco this time though)

I bought Dior perfume with my first pay check. Sadly not for me :(

Even more desserts! GU is amazing though!

Another christmasy drink.

My flat mate showed me a new fruit... It has skin like a lemon but tastes and looks like an orange... I want to find this fruit for myself.

I went out a few times with friends. Fun nights!

I found a xmas tree hanging from the ceiling (an underneath shot here)

I went to the Disney shop and felt like a kid again. Yay.

Another tree at Sheffield train station. I'm getting very christmassy as you can tell.

I saw the COCA COLA CHRISTMAS TRUCK! Literal dream come true. #holidaysarecoming

And I got a free mini coke can...How cute :)

I tried to persuade my friend to visit the grotto with me. Sadly I failed :(

I got an advent calendar! Yay, it's not december or xmas without one. (maybe this should be near the top)

Finally I did my xmas shopping!

There you have it, the last few weeks in pictures. It's a long post but it's just pictures. It's been busy but fun.

Sorry!

I feel so bad because I've been neglecting this blog for a few weeks! I honestly have no idea where they have gone and haven't had the time to update it (a poor excuse)!

There is SO much to catch up on, the best way to do it would be to have a blog post just of pictures. It'll be more fun than me sitting here rambling at you. So you could kinda call this the intro to that.

Anyway, I hope you've had a fun few weeks too and look out for my next picture blog post. Enjoy! :)

Outfit of the Day

I thought I'd share with you my outfit of the day...

Skirt, top and scarf combo.

The skirt matched my phone case!

Top: Primark, Skirt: Small, Local Shop - Melody, Cardigan: H&M and Scarf: Christmas Markets

I got sick of wearing jeans every day so decided to change up a little with a skirt combo. Of course I wore extra thick cotton tights (Primark ones are the best!) and a coat on top. I bought these items a few months ago so they probably won't still be in stock but you can always find alternatives. And if you remember to wrap up, this a great alternative autumn look.

Happy Autumn x

My must-have!

I recently decided to try a new foundation and wanted to try something a bit more expensive. I'm not a massive beauty freak but when it comes to foundation I think you need a good one. It should glide on effortlessly and blend smoothly. You need a good quality foundation and that's why I don't mind spending a little more on it.

I knew I wanted to well known brand but I didn't know what! I walked in a 'well-known' department store (not mentioning names) and the first brand I saw was Benefit. I've always loved their products just never bought em, so decided it had to a benefit foundation...

One of my hates is when a girls wear foundation that's 10 shades to light or dark for her! I couldn't be one of em and having never used this foundation I got professional advice.

At £25.50 it is an expensive foundation but it's worth and it'll last you. They have 4 different shades - not many - but they cover skin types and it is really good! And with SPF 15 in it, it'll keep you protected in summer ;).

It matches my skin tone perfectly which is what I wanted -not to look orange! I'd definitely recommend getting help if it's your first time using Benefit.

I love it though, it's easy to put on. It's not too heavy either; I hate when you can feel foundation on your skin, this feel light and wearable. I'd definitely recommend buying it if you're looking for a good quality foundation.

Have fun shopping. x
